I've always lived my life as an athletic woman. Making a career out of personal training has come naturally to me, and is something I've always been truly passionate about.
One of the biggest life altering impacts was a devastating soccer injury leading to my inability to play the game I love so much. During my journey of recovery, strengthening, and reflection, I learned a lot about myself as a person, and the personal trainer I wanted to become. I made a personal commitment to help others live their best healthy lives.
7 years ago, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business: Peak Performance Training and Nutrition. We've survived and THRIVED through the global pandemic growing the business to what it is today and there is no stopping us now!Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with body builders, powerlifters, and elite level athletes; some of these individuals made it to the top of their classes. My client's successes bring me so much joy in watching them actively achieving their goals and living healthier, happier lives.
If your goals include: improving your health, longevity, mobility, pain reduction, weight loss, muscle gain, or just wanting to be more satisfied with your daily life, I would love the opportunity to show you how capable you and your body can be!

Mindy graduated with honours from the Fitness and Health Promotion program through Algonquin College and has decided to pursue her passion through personal and group fitness training.
Throughout childhood, Mindy tried many sports and physical activities, finally falling in love with rugby in high school. After schooling, she entered the restaurant industry, maintaining her fitness with family hikes, outdoor running, and home workouts that included weight training and mat Pilates.
When the pandemic hit, as with many people, Mindy had to pivot her career direction. Being out of the restaurant world had allowed her to focus more time on her fitness as well as her nutrition and overall health. The effects that regular exercise, proper nutrition, and working on her wellness had on her physically and mentally led her to research careers in the fitness industry.
Through her college placements and previous employment opportunities, Mindy has gained awareness of different training techniques as well as experience with a diverse range of clientele with varying needs and goals. She makes it a point to keep up with recent research within the fitness industry and applies her knowledge to her client programming as well as her own fitness regimen.
Some of Mindy’s favourite workout styles for herself include heavy strength training, hypertrophy training, mobility training, and steady state cardio. When it comes to programming for others, she loves being able to provide her clients with whatever kinds of training will help them reach their own goals, whether that be hitting new strength records, building muscle size, fat loss, or general body recomposition, athletic and sports conditioning, balance, mobility, or flexibility training.
Outside of the gym, Mindy enjoys creating delicious, healthy recipes, exploring new places and going on adventures with family and friends, documenting life through photos and videos, and occasionally binge-watching YouTube comedians.
Her favourite abdominal workout is laughing.
Growing up, I was always on the move, playing soccer, baseball, hockey, and football. My passion for sports continued into my teenage years, eventually focusing on baseball and hockey. This active lifestyle, combined with the injuries I sustained and the treatments I received, sparked my fascination with the human body and its capabilities.
Pursuing this interest, I studied Kinesiology at Queen’s University, which laid a strong foundation in understanding human movement and rehabilitation. After graduation, I worked as a personal trainer, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and recover from injuries.
The onset of Covid-19 led me to reevaluate my career path, and I discovered the field of manual osteopathy. I enrolled in the Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) program at the National Academy of Osteopathy. During my time there, I gained practical knowledge in various techniques, including osteoarticular techniques, muscle energy techniques (MET), soft tissue therapy, and cranial osteopathy. My education also involved 300 hours of hands-on practical experience, where I had the privilege of working with numerous community members.
As a manual osteopath, I am deeply committed to the wellbeing of my patients. I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, involving patients in their treatment plans and educating them about their care. My goal is to help individuals achieve pain-free living through personalized and effective treatment strategies.
I look forward to supporting the community in their journey towards better health and wellbeing.
My name is Tracy Lessard, and I am a Registered Yoga Instructor currently working towards my Yoga Therapy designation. My studies have taught me that it’s more than a movement of yoga that can help us transform, it’s a deeper transformation.
Through the transformative and enriching journey of gentle yoga, I aim to help ease chronic pain and the complex and often challenging issues related to lymphatic drainage and inflammation. My approach focuses on nurturing the physical body, mind, and spirit, creating a holistic experience that promotes overall well-being. I offer mindful movements that are gentle, sustainable, and accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience or physical condition.
My healing method beautifully combines both Western and Eastern medicine, effectively connecting the realms of science and spirituality in a harmonious way. This unique approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness, addressing both the physical and mental aspects of our well-being.
Heather is a busy hockey mom, soccer coach and our incredible Jump Fit Instructor.
Her passion for fitness came at a time where she was able to take time and take care of her own self and realized just how much she loved helping others get stronger and healthier in a super fun way.
Heather competed her Fit Boots Ultimate Instructor Course in early 2025 and has since put countless hours into her classes, choreography and learning new moves to keep her classes challenging and invigorating.
My introduction to fitness started with the high school version of me wanting to put on some size and get stronger. As I got into the routine of working out, I started to notice all the other benefits that came with it, such as mood, sleep, energy, you name it. These life changes made me want to pursue a career in personal training in hopes to help people experience their own benefits that physical fitness has to offer.
Throughout my education, I have gained insightful knowledge on various types of training approaches and how to effectively utilize them for best results. My work experience has lead me to engage with many people in personal training and group fitness. Many of these people have expressed their gratitude towards me for helping them make lasting improvements on their overall health and wellbeing. I now hope to have a positive impact on the people in this community.

Coming to us all the way from Alaska, Juneau has 7 + years experience with taking on the motivator/time waster role in the studio. Always making sure everyone who enters know she's here and everyone else knows she was around with blonde hairs lingering long past the lint roller was used.
Juneau is getting better at being more fluent with her talking buttons and is currently taking therapy courses to assist in her role.
Juneau is always ready to be supportive during wall sits, planks and will often be seen walking along side her friends as they do waking lunges. She will save you from deadly scary skipping ropes and will keep a close guard on the battle ropes...just incase they revolt and attack.
Juneau is a wonderful team member, she makes sure everyone feels loved, listened too and leaves with tired hands from the belly rubs. She also contributes with supplying lint rollers in almost every corner of the gym so you can deshed before carrying on with your day outside the gym.
