I've always lived my life as an athletic woman. Making a career out of personal training has come naturally to me, and is something I've always been truly passionate about!
Previously, I suffered from a significant soccer injury. During my journey of recovery, strengthening, and reflection, I learned a lot about myself as a person, and the personal trainer I wanted to become. I made a personal commitment to help others live their best healthy lives.
Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with body builders, powerlifters, and elite level athletes; some of these individuals made it to the top of their classes. At that time in my career, their successes brought me joy and satisfaction in knowing they achieved a personal goal.
Recently, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business: Peak Performance Training and Nutrition. After three years of hard work personally, and professionally, I have never felt more satisfied with my career choice. We've since build a team of trainers based out of Brockville.
I absolutely adore working with clients from all walks of life. If your goals include: improving your health, longevity, mobility, pain reduction, weight loss, muscle gain, or just wanting to be more satisfied with your daily life, I would love the opportunity to show you how capable you and your body can be!
The time to start putting yourself first is now.

Emma is a certified Personal Trainer with a certification in Nutrition graduating from St. Lawrence College in the Health and Fitness Promotion Program. She is currently studying psychology at the university of Ottawa.
Prior to attending SLC, Emma played varsity basketball at Carleton University, while studying Law.
Throughout her years of playing elite level basketball competing with Team Ontario and winning a national championship, she focused on how strength training and nutrition played an important role in her success. She was impressed with how both of those factors could change her game completely as well as her health, in general. This led Emma to pursue a career in those areas.
Emma is passionate about helping people engage in a healthy lifestyle and physical activity, as well as helping people to reach their personal goals.
On her off time she enjoys running, hiking, being on the river, horse back riding and watching a Netflix with her rescue pup from Greece!

Bridgette is a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at St. Lawrence Collage.
Bridgette has an undenied passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals while guiding them to realize how amazing exercise is for your mental health and life balance.
With a passion for running, this busy mom spends her spare time training for marathons, expanding her knowledge of all things fitness and keeping up with her spunky little boy.
Bridgette's inspiration and love for running started early in elementary school and ran in high school with cross country, being further inspired by her track coach at the Brockville legion and principle at BCI. These mentors made such an impact she's carried it into adulthood and loves to teach others how to chase that runner's high. She finds exercise gives her an outlet for daily stresses and allows her to find mental clarity.

Coming to us all the way from northern Canada, Juneau has 4 + years experience with taking on the motivator/time waster role in the studio. Always making sure everyone who enters know she's here and everyone else knows she was around with blonde hairs lingering long past the lint roller was used.
Juneau is getting better at being more fluent with her talking buttons and is currently taking therapy courses to assist in her role.
Juneau is always ready to be supportive during wall sits, planks and will often be seen walking along side her friends as they do waking lunges. She will save you from deadly scary skipping ropes and will keep a close guard on the battle ropes...just incase they revolt and attack.
Juneau is a wonderful team member, she makes sure everyone feels loved, listened too and leaves with tired hands from the belly rubs.
