Are you missing structured workouts? Do you want to work with a trainer but can't swing it right now?  Our functional strength group classes offer the benefits of training in a small group, the attention of a certified trainer and the effectiveness of a structured planed workout.

As we age our bodies like to fight us a little bit. In the Fit over 55 class we work on fluid movements that mimic everyday life like getting up and off the floor, shovelling a front step, climbing stairs with happy joints and strong muscles to keep up strong!

Who loves a high impact, cardio burn?! Who hates cardio on machines?! Who should really do more cardio but find 100 other things to do?!


This bootcamp is made just for you!


Join Emma for a circuit made to burn big calories! Help your joints stay fluid, movement patterns smooth and heart rates up with her HITT/Tabata burn classes

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.


Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Come get fit with your little one! 


Classes are offered circuit style training to get the most of your time spent while your little one plays with provided toys, gets used as your resistance, naps, or plays with their new friends.


It's so hard for care givers to get time to focus on their fitness! We are happy to provide trainer led classes to help you get your body back after baby!

Total body workouts with an unbelievable calorie burn! 


Using Fitboots we jump our way into a low impact but high intensity workout! 


Boots are supplied at a rental rate or are available for customized purchase.
