As we age our bodies like to fight us a little bit. In the Fit over 55 class we work on fluid movements that mimic everyday life like getting up and off the floor, shovelling a front step, climbing stairs with happy joints and strong muscles to keep up strong!

We've all heard the term "dadbod" and love it or hate it, as we age our bodies need to move differently and as a professional and or parent our bodies take a beating! This class focuses on rebuilding that functional strength we need for a healthy back and hips, a mobility body and a strong frame to keep living the best life.
This class is for those who want to preform better in sports and in life.
