As we age our bodies like to fight us a little bit. In the Fit over 55 class we work on fluid movements that mimic everyday life like getting up and off the floor, shovelling a front step, climbing stairs with happy joints and strong muscles to keep up strong!

You’ll build cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and strengthen your legs during powerful rides, then hop off the bike to use weights for targeted strength work that challenges your arms, core, and overall stability. The combination of rhythm-based riding, motivating music, and functional strength training keeps the class engaging, effective, and accessible for all fitness levels—leaving you feeling accomplished, energized, and stronger from head to toe.

Tabata - Tabata is a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that alternates 20 seconds of all-out effort with 10 seconds of rest to maximize strength, endurance, and calorie burn in minimal time.
